What are your qualifications and experience?


Obtaining 900 hours of technical experience from the Southern California Health Institute in Los Angeles, I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as with a specialty in Corrective Exercise and Sports Nutrition with four years of professional coaching experience. I am also a graduate of Purdue University Global with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness, and also hold an Associates in Applied Science in Business Administration from Kaplan University (now Purdue University Global). As someone who has been through a major weight loss transformation of 100 pounds I can provide you with first-hand experience and advice to help you get satisfying, long-lasting results. 


How long should it take for me to see my results?



Each person's results will vary based a multitude of factors including age, activity level, caloric expenditure, sleep quality, metabolism, eating habits and life factors just to name a few. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they stay in contact with their coach throughout the entire process and be pro-active in the process as it takes a serious effort to make long-lasting change. I will do everything in my power to provide the best training experience possible and only offer quality advice, with the expectation that you put in 100% effort in your journey and take accountability when needed. Results can take time so learning the importance of patience will allow you to appreciate the journey and become more mindful of your habits. 


How long are my training package sessions good for?


All training package sessions expire within 30 days from purchase. It is important that you contact your trainer as soon as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule a session to ensure you do not lose session credits for that month. For extended time off from training for personal or work-related issues we will coordinate alternate times to perform any remaining sessions OR coordinate times to perform virtual coaching sessions based on your out-of-area location. 


What happens if I discontinue my training program prior to the agreed upon term length?


With the exception of an emergency or financial burden, an early termination fee of $50 will be charged to your account if you discontinue your training program prior to completing the term length OR have more than 3 short-notice cancellations in a single month for personal coaching sessions.


What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy and what happens when I cancel a session at the last minute?


All reschedules and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the following session to avoid being charged the full rate of the session or deducted a credit from your training package. When you cancel a session at the last minute for non-emergencies it not only inconveniences your trainer, it prevents another client from filling your appointment slot in a reasonable amount of time. Please take the time to coordinate with your trainer at your earliest convenience about upcoming work or personal trips that may affect your training schedule and coordinate virtual coaching sessions as needed to keep the consistency in your program as we want to see you succeed.




What are my payment options and when will I be charged? Are there late fees?


All payments shall be processed through PayPal OR through cash payments pre-paid on all training programs. Clients will have the option to receive their full invoice on the first of each month OR on the 1st and 15th of each month divided into two equal payment. All  invoices must be paid by the 1st of the month with a 3-day grace period to avoid late fees. Payments made after the 4th of each month will be charged an additional $10 late fee. If there is a financial burden and you need more time to make your payment or need to make adjustments please contact your trainer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to work out a suitable payment arrangement to avoid a lapse in training. 


What is your refund policy?


If a client has maintained an 80% or above on their weekly report card and are not happy with their results, a refund will be provided for services not performed. If there is an emergency or financial burden that will force you to discontinue services, it is your responsibility to let your trainer know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to receive a refund on services not performed and avoid an early termination fee. 



What type of exercise equipment will you provide and do I need to provide anything  to my sessions?


​​As a mobile trainer, I will be able to provide resistance bands of various weight, an agility ladder, boxing gloves with training mitts, battle ropes, agility cones, and other conditioning equipment as needed. To enhance our training sessions, clients are encouraged to bring their own set of resistance bands, dumbbells, and/or yoga mat.
