What are the technical requirements to enroll into the Virtual Personal Training Program?

Technical requirements include an Android or iOS device for access to our mobile app and access to high speed internet for Virtual Training Sessions and Virtual Consultations via video teleconference through FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. A minimum bandwidth of 600kbsp is required and 1.5Mbsp is recommended.

What software will I need for the Virtual Personal Training Program?

You will have access to Trainerize, a mobile fitness app, that’ll provide you with access to thousands of exercise tutorial videos, customized training routines, scheduled reminders for upcoming progress checks, direct messaging with your trainer, and social support with our group messenger. You will also be able to sync your fitness devices (including MyFitnessPal) with Trainerize to track activity such as exercise and sleep. MyFitnessPal is a nutrition tracking site and mobile app that’ll allow us to document our meals using their large food database with accurate nutritional content information to keep you mindful and accountable.

What happens if I discontinue my training program prior to the end of our contract?

With the exception of an emergency or financial burden, an early termination fee of $100 will be charged to your account if you discontinue your training program prior to completing the term length. Quitting your program not only lessens your chances of reaching your health goals but also places financial burden on your trainer.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

All reschedules / cancellations for virtual training sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the following session to avoid being charged the full rate of the session.

When you cancel a session at the last minute for non-emergencies it not only inconveniences your trainer, it prevents another client from filling your appointment slot in a reasonable amount of time.

Please take the time to coordinate with your trainer at your earliest convenience about upcoming work or personal trips that may affect your training schedule and coordinate virtual training sessions as needed to keep your consistency within the program—we want you to succeed!
