VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Our company values are rooted in providing clients with quality service and results-driven workout. Training subscriptions are customized to your specific health goals which will be discussed during your initial phone consultation. Each subscription plan is based on the level of support you’ll need to accomplish your fitness goals, each including routine check-ins and performance evaluations.

Our nutrition coaching is available as a $10 monthly add-on, giving you access to hundreds of recipes and the ability to track your meals as well. You’ll be able to sync your MyFitnessPal account to our app to give you effortless communication with your trainer.

Our mobile app gives you more control with the ability to track your progress and get performance analytics on the go. Additional features include the ability to schedule virtual appointments with your personal trainer, make payments on products and/or services, access our growing exercise video library, and much more!

What To Expect

Consultation: Before your first session, we will conduct a consultation to discuss your specific health goals, choose the right training program for you. During this consultation we will also discuss (1) payment arrangements, (2) appointment scheduling, and (3)trainer-client expectations. Completing our Wellness Questionnaire is necessary prior to your consultation.

Recommended Training Supplies:

  1. Supportive Athletic Shoes

  2. Appropriate Fitness Attire

  3. Water Bottle

  4. Yoga Mat or Towel

  5. Resistance bands, Kettlebells and/or Dumbbells

  6. Body-tape Measure AND Bodyweight Scale

  7. Foam roller and/or Lacrosse Ball for mobility (optional)

  8. Mobile Phone or Tablet w/FaceTime or Zoom app

  9. Phone or Tablet Tripod for Virtual Sessions.

    *Many clients can start their training program without any fitness equipment, focusing on bodyweight-based workouts to improve core stabilization, muscular endurance, balance, stamina and coordination.

Typical Client Goals:

  • Weight loss, reducing body fat, muscle toning.

  • Corrective Exercise & Injury Recovery (i.e. individualized mobility drills to help improve core stabilization & neuromuscular control)

  • Strength Training (i.e. dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight)

  • Military PTF Conditioning (i.e. prep for PTF assessments for U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, National Guard, and all other associated branches)

Technical Requirements For Our Programs

Technical requirements include an Android or iOS device for access to our mobile app and access to high speed internet for Virtual Training Sessions and Virtual Consultations via video teleconference through FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. A minimum bandwidth of 600kbsp is required and 1.5Mbsp is recommended.
