I had to lose weight and get in shape fast for an Air Force Fitness Assessment (PT test) in 2 months. Keith was there for me checking on me every step of the way. I dropped almost 2 minutes off my 1.5 mile run time, lost 7 pounds of body fat, and increased my fitness score from 79% to 91.5%! I feel good and look good again! 10/10 would recommend!

“When I started working with Keith I didn't have a ton of experience with free weights and compound movements. A goal of mine was to be able to bench my bodyweight and squat my bodyweight. Not only did he help me hit my goals but as progress was made and those goals were met, he was incredibly helpful with adjusting my goals to allow for continuous growth. Motivation comes and goes and it can't be relied on. Thats why discipline is important. Doing what you know you need to do when you absolutely don't feel like doing it. Keith helped me build my discipline and would be there to give me that extra push on the days my goals seemed impossible. The specific goals I set that he helped me reach don't affect my life outside of the gym but, what has is, the realization of hitting goals that seemed impossible makes you look at other aspects in your life that you maybe selling yourself short on.
